An augmented reality experience tied to P-22's mural and star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Who's P-22?
LA'S RESIDENT PUMA AUGMENTED
P-22, the Brad Pitt of Mountain Lions, and resident of Hollywood is receiving his own star tribute on the "Hollywood Walk of Fame".
Using Illust's Augmented Reality visualization tools, visitors can scan LA HOPE DEALER'S Mural and/or the empty star alongside the mural to trigger a tribute to the Puma.

Corie Mattie, also known as "LA Hope Dealer," is a multi-disciplinary street artist whose impactful work graces the vibrant streets of Los Angeles and cities around the world. Her art is a fusion of pop culture, activism, and poignant social commentary, and it never fails to stir strong emotions across social media platforms. AR Walk Through
Step 1: Visit the Website on a Smartphone
Navigate to Illust.AR. Tap the arrow button to orient the map to your location.
Step 2: Discover Waypoints in Your Area
Look for a waypoint (looks like a symbol), tap the waypoint. You will see a description box with two options, view in AR and description. Tap view in AR.
Step 3: Accept the Phone's Permissions
You will now be asked to confirm permissions with your device to use the motion, location, and camera. Augmented reality requires these permissions to be turned on in order to activate.
Step 4: View/Play the AR Experience
Once you tap the permissions on, you will a dialogue box that says “Tap to Place”, tap anywhere on your screen to trigger the AR experience. Press the "Play" button to activate the streaming video experiences.
Step 5: Take a Screenshot
After the experience activates in your environment, snap a screenshot to prove that you were at the location. Be sure to add to social media and tag @LAHOPEDEALER on IG/TG/TikTok - she may repost your clever photo work!
Step 6: Potential Prizes
After you've activated the AR experience, taken a screenshot of the AR installation, and posted to social, be on the look out as you may have won a limited edition piece of P-22 merch!
